SHEA HIGH SCHOOL (PAWTUCKET) TEENS EXHIBIT PHOTOGRAPHS AT RISD
Project Open Door, the college access program at RISD for urban teens, which is housed in the Department of Teaching + Learning in Art + Design and which is also a professional practice site for MA students studying Community Arts Education, provides Rhode Island high school students with some remarkable opportunities, such as working with photographer and Project Open Door artist-in-residence Jo Sittenfeld and having their photographs exhibited in a RISD gallery alongside those of RISD and Brown University - pretty cool, I think all would agree.
