RISD + TLAD @ 2018 NAEA Convention

On Friday March 23rd RISD is holding what has become the must attend event for Department of Teaching + Learning in Art + Design [TLAD] alums attending the annual National Art Education Association (NAEA) Convention or other alums that live in the area. These annual receptions have become wonderful opportunities to connect with RISD alumni, faculty and friends.

The reception at the Convention this year held in Seattle is being generously hosted by Bill Gaylord [BArch ‘76] at his BONFIRE Gallery at the Panama Hotel, 603 South Main Street, from 6:00pm-8:00pm where he welcome attendees to a special exhibit featuring RISD alumnus Dave Calver [IL ‘76] entitled: Limbo Lounge, which includes selections from the 420 artworks published in Calver's graphic novel as well as a storefront installation.
