MAT Alum Recognized as New Educator of the Year

MAT alum Lindsay Borrows was recognized as the Rhode Island Art Education Association's (RIAEA) 2020 New Educator of the Year at a ceremony on Friday, November 8th at Rhode Island College. Lindsay who graduated in 2015 teaches at the elementary school level for Smithfield Public Schools. She is pictured here with Dr. Paul Sproll, Head of RISD's Department of Teaching + Learning in Art + Design and Christine Mullen who now retired was Lindsay's Clinical Educator during her student teaching at Mt. Hope High School in Bristol, Rhode Island.
