Dr. Pamela Lawton Gives TLAD-CONNECTS Talk

In a talk designed particularly for TLAD Grad Students, Alumni and Clinical Educators on Thursday, April 9th titled Artist-Researcher-Teacher: Working With/In Communities as Holistic Practice, Dr. Pamela Harris Lawton, Associate Professor of Art Education at Virginia Commonwealth University discusses the opportunities and challenges in higher education to maintaining a role and identity as artist, scholar, and professor. In Fall 2020, Dr. Lawton joins the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) as the Florence Gaskins Harper Endowed Chair of Art Education.
